• Design electronics and support upgrades and integration into systems
• Be in charge of PCBs layout design, and prototype production
• Perform validation tests of new prototypes and released systems to ensure performance and minimize risks of failures
• Contributes to the innovation of the relevant electronics technologies for our products.
• Maintain great and stable relationships with our strategic co-developers and manufacturing partners.
• Develop quality relationships with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing, NPI Engineering, TSS, PLM, Quality to adequately address technical challenges.
• Ensure that activities are carried out according to the principle of focusing on customers in all that we do.
• Enforce work safety, fire safety, hygiene of work and other regulatory standards. Clean and maintain work area and consigned tools

• Master's Degree or PhD in electronics engineering.
• Willingness to work in high-tech industry manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to plan and resolve issues that involve gaining cooperation of multi-functional, multi-cultural groups and sites without damaging relationships.
• Experience in producing tech documentation and engineering reports using common Microsoft Office and Acrobat applications
• Willing to work for extended period in clean room environment
• Must have ability to acquire a valid passport and be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 20% of working time)
• Must demonstrate great written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in English and Czech (verbal and in writing)

• At least 4 years of working experience in a R&D or industrial EE environment.
• Proven history and knowledge of crafting electronics systems, analogue to digital techniques, communication interfaces, familiar with EMC techniques, able to be part of technical debates and tackle technical problems as a team member of the project.
• Sound knowledge of Altium software
• Experience in spectrometry/spectroscopy is a plus
• Hands-on, problem solver with ability to work and take initiative on design, test, validation up to product certification.
