Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join APJ Digital Marketing Operations as the Senior Digital Campaign Specialist. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the deployment and execution of digital campaigns, making a significant impact on the growth of our global brand in the Asia Pacific, exclude China (APJ) region.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end outbound campaigns, including welcome emails, trigger emails, nurturing emails, and ABM campaigns across APJ. This includes audience segmentation, scheduling, landing page set-up, and optimization using email automation platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring campaign objectives are met and messaging is consistent. Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to drive successful campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate events such as tradeshows and webinars, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms using ON24.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze important insights, and deliver consistent reports. Seek areas for improvement and actively drive ongoing enhancement.
• Make suitable recommendations for process improvements, employing A/B or MVT testing methods.
• Use data to enhance current processes and propose enhancements and additions.
• Encourage innovative thinking and propose gamification strategies to improve campaign engagement while sharing successful approaches within the region.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to lead diverse marketers' expectations and appreciate cultural differences.
• 2+ years of experience in audience segmentation, email marketing and automation program management, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Strong project management skills to handle timelines across different geographies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology such as Eloqua. Familiarity with Photoshop, HTML, Eloqua, and Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail to proofread and test user flows and emails. Ability to prioritize customer experience and challenge questionable content and execution.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Good grasp of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
