Job Description
- Order-to-Cash operation management includes ensuring the team is following the required process and rule during the daily duty fulfillment, actively co-work with commercial team/customers for backlog/long aging orders review, etc.
- Contract handling including T&C review for import business deal
- Internal/External customer complaint handling from root cause finding by case investigation until conclusion and improvement plan distribution.
- Provide full support to the team including trouble shooting and process improvement with cross function for productivity and service level improvement, back up the team when workload concern is truly found, etc.
- Team Performance measurement including performance monitoring, balance workload by quantifying the duties.

- Maintain SOP, provide training, guidance, and coaching to new member and making sure new member is working with the same direction of the team
- Support commercial team for revenue achievement including provide necessary data analysis in a regular based and timely raise if any gap is found.
- Ad Hoc project handling including data analysis and presentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above
- 4-5 years in Quote-to-Cash operation and customer service experience
- Required trading knowledge as import/export related handling experience
- Experience of using ERP (SAP, Oracle) is a must requirement
- High communication and problem-solving skill, strong execution and logical thinking, good self-pressure management.
- Good command of English & Mandarin
