This position is responsible for AP reconciliations (direct debit, open items) for EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with several departments to ensure resolution of any vendor account open item.
- Maintain and update all process documentation.
- Ensure timely management and reconciliation of vendor accounts and statements.
- Monitor direct debit payments to ensure funds are cleared and allocated correctly.
- Investigate and resolve any unmatched items or payment issues.
- Perform reconciliation of direct debit payments and bank statements to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Resolving queries and collaborating closely with vendors and local purchasing teams via e-mails.
- Find opportunities to improve the efficiency of direct debit processing and reconciliation workflows.
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced English skill is a must!
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or a similar financial role is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of direct debit processes, bank reconciliation, and payment clearing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet targets and prioritize assigned task.
- Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in high volume, multi entity, processing function.
- Need to be able to process large volumes of information efficiently.
