We have an exceptional opportunity for a Scientist II, Formulation in our manufacturing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Lillestrøm, Norway. Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing processes of Mono sized Polymer Beads in different scales
- Conduct reactions in autoclaves, purify intermediate products, finish and sample finished products
- Document and perform manufacturing in accordance with ISO13485:2016 quality standards
- Maintain and calibrate equipment units regularly.
- Follow the company's strategy for 5S and practical process improvements
- Work independently and collaboratively within the manufacturing team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing and formulation processes
- Strong quality skills with a focus on accuracy and reproducibility
- Knowledge of ISO13485:2016 standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working with Automated Control Systems from ABB is required
