Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a SAP Security Analyst with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our extraordinary team. As a leading global scientific company, we are dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement detailed SAP security policies and procedures across our enterprise. You will play a key role in delivering IT projects and providing technical solutions, collaborating with various project teams to build robust SAP security solutions. You will also work closely with business process owners and other SAP functional teams to configure SAP profiles and roles that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT projects and provide guidance to internal SAP security team
  • Resolve issues and build robust SAP security solutions across multiple SAP environments
  • Supervise security profiles and review possible security exceptions
  • Collaborate with business process owners and other SAP functional teams to configure SAP profiles and roles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Experience in at least two greenfield/Brownfield implementations in S4 Hana
  • Proficiency in design role matrix for UI5, Analytical, GUI, and Webdynpro Apps
  • Familiarity with GRC access control
  • Demonstrable ability to support security on latest versions of SAP ECC, S4Hana, Fiori, etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Life Science (GxP) experience is a plus
