Channel Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to streamline channel management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define channel performance metrics and establish benchmarks for success.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize channel performance.
  • Partner with commercial teams to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to channel partners for effective implementation of our products and solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with commercial teams and offer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in channel management and driving business growth through channel partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
