Role and Responsibilities:
- Support and manage sales incentive compensation for the Commercial CMD field sales teams.
- Administer and develop the Xactly Incent platform, ensuring accurate configuration of commission plans, rules, and calculations.
- Maintain territory, roster and position data to ensure updated timely.
- Validate and maintain the integrity of sales data to ensure accurate commission calculations.
- Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team regarding commission calculations or payment discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end reporting and the incentive compensation process, preparing compensation data for review and approval.
- Responsible for data quality and maintenance, by reviewing and updating assignments in the Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent (incentive compensation management software).
- Lead special projects to support CMD Organization initiatives.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by Sales Operations and Sales teams.
- Provide input and insight into commercial discussion as a full-standing member of Commercial and Sales Operations teams.

- Proven understanding of variable compensation plans and structures.

- Proactive communication capabilities, identifying and proactively addressing issues.
- Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization, maintaining credibility and positive professional relationships.

How will you get here?
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or other business-related fields (MBA a plus)
- 2- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or related Finance role
- Required experience as a sales operations business partner, compensation analyst or in a related function with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel (including financial models and analysis), ERP reporting tools, Xactly ICM Tool, PowerPoint, and Power BI is preferred.
- Experience in Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 10%-15%.
