Job Description:

• Implement and update risk management policies, coordinate risk analysis activities.
• Develop and implement risk management processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Prepare risk management system data for communication and reporting.
• Implement business continuity management policies, plan and lead related processes.
• Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
• Ensure the confidentiality of work-related information.

• University degree (helpful if in Life-Sciences, management, or technical fields).
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
• Digital literacy (MS Office).
• Experience in a production or scientific division or managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Risk Management and Business Continuity Management systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, and ISO 22313 standards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
