Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop regional strategies together with other teams to achieve revenue and growth goals in a regulated healthcare diagnostics space.
- Assume responsibility for coordinating new product introductions in Europe, covering activities such as launch planning, marketing strategies, sales training, setting important metrics for success, and evaluating post-launch business performance in relation to growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D and global product lifecycle management team to ensure that effective Allergy workflow/solutions messaging is incorporated into all marketing content built by the RMD team allergy EU, aligned with the needs of the target segment.
- Apply market research, healthcare economics, commercial data, customer insights, and insights from the sales team to build regionally impactful marketing strategies for our businesses.
- Be responsible for the development and delivery of engaging digital content and programs for laboratory customers, healthcare providers, clinical network policymakers, and patients.
