Role Overview:

The Regional Finance Business Partner - EMEA, will play a key role in providing financial insights and support to regional commercial teams. As the Finance Partner to multiple Country General Managers, this role will ensure alignment between financial goals and business strategies. The ideal candidate will be a confident orator, drive financial performance, optimize profitability, and contribute to business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day commercial & finance support to Country Managers
  • Ownership of Regional P&L, MCF & Headcount accuracy & reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting on regional commercial performance, tracking important indicators and measurements.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with commercial teams to assess pricing strategies, sales targets, and investment opportunities.
  • Communicate financial insights to senior management and regional leadership to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement improvements in execution to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in finance, with experience in commercial or business finance roles.
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals from different functions and effectively communicate complex financial data to non-financial collaborators.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving financial performance.
