In Bordeaux, France, MSD-VDS as part of our Materials & Structural Analysis Division develops software applications to support research and development for global customers in Life Sciences, Materials Science, and Semiconductors.
How will you make an impact?
Joining the team, you will work closely with business unit and software development team to build custom solution for various customers.

What will you do?
You will integrate a team (Software developers and QA expert) dedicated to the software customization.
- Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with Customers and Business Unit.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, required resources, and budgets.
- Prioritize and Coordinate team activities to ensure deadlines, quality (ISO 9001) and budgets are met.
- Use project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation solutions.
- Arrange and coordinate follow-up meetings with the team and customers.
- Promote open communication among project customers, partners, and team members.
- Prepare and present progress reports to customers and management.
- Ensure completion of final deliverables and achieve positive outcome for collaborators.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Organization and planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector.
