Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a Quality Specialist I to join our world-class team in Grand Island. As a Quality Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless quality of our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Design and write stability protocols to determine product shelf life
- Store test samples and distribute them to the appropriate labs at specified time points
- Provide customer-facing reports and monitor test progress throughout the study to ensure adherence to project timelines
- Perform final release on Finished Goods
- Submit lab samples to outside test labs and report results
- Ensure lab technicians have samples to complete testing on time
- Aid in the prioritization of testing

Requirements:
- Highh school diploma or GED equivalency required with 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $23.26-$28.75.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
