General quality management for 2 significant divisions, include the management for below activities but not limited to:

  • Customer requirements: Lead customer audits and quality agreements and questionnaires
  • PMS management, include Complaints and regulation compliance handling (customer complaints, AE, recall, PRER.....)
  • Quality operation management: 1) 3PL quality management 2) products quality management: quality products quality judgement, return quality evolution, labeling.....
  • support related quality system maintenance activities, such as internal audit, NC/CAPA follow up;
  • Support business project process review as quality BP.

Requirements:

Technical:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, or a related field preferred MD experiences in quality related functions (PMS knowledge and operation management) > 8 years
  • Knowledge of MD regulations
  • Over 5 years people management experience
  • Fluent English

Soft skills:

  • Cross-department/multiple stakeholder working experience.
  • Good communication and driven skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities + Strong analytical skills and data-driven attitude good strategy thinking and logical.
