Responsibilities:
- Serve as a supplier quality liaison between manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and logistics.
- Lead the activities of supplier identification and selection process, ensuring supplier quality system and process control.
- Manage quality agreements and resolve quality complaints between customers and manufacturing.
- Communicate directly with customers for quality and technical issues, providing support and timely resolutions.
- Function as a liaison between purchasing, technical team, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support.
- Support the process of qualifying and selecting appropriate suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Define and implement supplier outgoing and company incoming acceptance requirements and processes.
- Develop and implement programs for improving supplier quality in collaboration with various teams.
- Ensure suppliers have robust manufacturing processes for producing parts.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life science, medical, or pharmaceutical science (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical service environment, or supplier quality management.
- Demonstrated practice and experience in supplier and product qualification process, system and process audit, and ISO9001.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Experience in high mix, low volume production environments.
- Strong analytical abilities and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
