Job Description

A quality control specialist performs quality control of products manufactured according to GGP products. The quality control specialist is directly related to the activities performed in accordance with GMP requirements in aseptic production.

Responsibilities and functions:

- Prepares, updates, checks quality control documents based on ISO 13485 and GGP requirements.

- Ensures timely and consistent quality control of products manufactured in accordance with GGP requirements:

Checks the quality of products/raw materials;
Evaluates quality test results;
Responds to and ensures timely transfer of product and raw material quality test data.
- Ensures and is responsible for the appropriate preparation, filling and control of documentation:

Checks and coordinates technical documentation of quality tests, raw materials and products;
- Enters data into the accounting system correctly and on time.

- Coordinates and conducts product stability studies according to approved programs, prepares reports.

Qualification requirements, education, experience:

  • Higher university education in biology/biotechnology/biochemistry/molecular biology/genetics (master's degree preferred).
  • Laboratory work experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of methods used for quality tests.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent command of the Lithuanian language and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Knowledge of the requirements of quality management system standards.
  • Knowledge of documentation principles.
  • Communicability, ability to communicate effectively with employees of different levels.
  • Organization, ability to anticipate priorities, orientation to the client's needs and expectations.
  • Willingness to share professional experience and knowledge with other employees.

Compensation
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23 800,00-€35 650,00.
