We are seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza, Province of Monza and Brianza, Italy. As a world-class leader in serving science, we are dedicated to making a difference in the world by helping customers find cures for cancer, protecting the environment, ensuring food safety, and delivering COVID-19 solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of quality assurance processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Operations Person in charge in evaluating production lots and work environment
  • Verify documentation and other necessary information
  • Investigate GMP-related problems and deviations under the guidance of the Team Leader
  • Handle customer complaints in accordance with standards, company procedures, and regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact with customers regarding Quality Assurance aspects of commercial productions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to determine compliance
  • Demonstrated ambition and track record of effectively implementing quality assurance processes
