Position Summary:
Under direction of the Senior Associate Quality Control, perform QC checks in Receiving and Despatch, to provide required levels of support and service to operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve material specifications
- QC Receiving Inspection and release of incoming materials
- QC Despatch 1st QC and Final QC Inspection
- Train and develop QC personnel across other QC functions
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HSE, Quality Programme
- Develop Continuous Improvements
- Generate and update documentation
- Investigates and report on external and internal non-conformances
- Any other duties assigned by QC management
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
GCSE level or equivalent
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- Related experience in pharmaceutical GMP
- Experience of working in Clinical Trials quality/packaging/distribution
- Able to work without direct supervision/on own initiative within the remit of this role
- A knowledge of cGMP, MHRA,
- Support the business development process and ongoing operation.
