Location/Division Specific Information

The Groningen site is a biopharmaceutical site that develops and manufactures pharmaceutical products for clinical trials (phase 1, 2, and 3) and commercial production. It serves multiple clients and produces a variety of products.

Discover Impactful Work:

As a QC Sample Administrator II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of our cGMP production processes. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and efficiency of our pharmaceutical products, impacting patient care globally.

A day in the Life:

  • Receipt and booking of a wide variety of samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Aliquoting bulk samples under controlled conditions.
  • Assisting in sample shipments to test laboratories, customers, and other external parties.
  • Control inventory of samples, back-ups, and retains within QC.
  • Processing data of external test results.
  • Writing and updating procedures, logbooks, and other documentation.
  • Performs inspection, sampling and testing of materials.

Education

  • Laboratory education on MBO level (e.g., MLO analytical chemistry or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • Relevant experience in a biopharmaceutical or analytical laboratory environment.
  • Working experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Attitude that prioritizes quality.
  • Reliable and accurate work ethic.
  • Proficiency in English at MBO level for reading and writing.

This role requires working in a controlled laboratory environment, handling samples, and adhering strictly to safety and quality protocols.
