Our Quality Control department; are seeking an individual with strong people skills to join our world-class team as a QC Packaging & Sampling Supervisor. Based in Swindon, UK; this role offers an outstanding opportunity to guide a team and contribute to our mission. Enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:

  • Rigorously implement quality standards for packaging and sampling in a highly regulated environment.
  • Perform data review and supervise analytical testing for incoming packaging materials
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3-5 people to ensure flawless execution
  • Improve team performance via targeted objective setting and staff appraisal.
  • Schedule and prioritise the team's workload; ensuring work is conducted, reviewed and delivered in-line with business needs
  • Collaborate effectively across different business functions to implement new packaging introduction and sampling initiatives.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely, compliantly and with continuous improvement in mind.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging and cGMP requirements
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills and a focus on quality
  • Proactive communication and accountability on assigned tasks.
  • This role requires the ability to differentiate between colours and meet vision test requirements (with or without glasses)
