Join the Quality Operations Team

As a QA Operations Intern, you will join our Quality Operations team, supporting the Quality Operations Team Leader and QOps Team. You will be involved in various activities, including complaint investigations, GMP deviations, batch release, and client communication for quality topics. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a multinational environment.

• You will have the chance to learn the processes and strategies involved in managing a Quality Operations department.

• You will play a vital role in ensuring flawless product quality and maintaining our world-class standards.

• Managing deviations and ensuring timely resolution
• Facilitating quality cross-communications with clients
• Handling complaint management processes
• Assisting with batch disposition and related release documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong teamworking skills and a positive relationship behavior
