Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

  • Working in compliance with legislation and IMS.
  • Operational buying of material including its rejection processing.
  • Material procurement with focus on customer needs, inventory targets and manufacturing capacities.
  • Daily communication with suppliers and internal customers (planning, Order Desk, engineering, procurement).
  • Critical component's calls with suppliers.
  • Solving operational purchasing issues and partial team leading.
  • Reporting, analysis and continuing process improvements.
  • Maintain logistics data and structures in the ERP, CRM and other operation systems. Focus on data accuracy.
  • Teamwork, drive, willingness to help and support others, proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • University/High school degree candidate.
  • 2 years of experience on the same/similar position.
  • Communicative, team-oriented and pro-active personality.

Competencies:

  • Great knowledge of MS Office
  • English - both writing and speaking, another language is the advantage
  • ERP knowledge (QAD is advantage)
  • Teamwork approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, communicative, objectives driven personality
