The Proposal Pricing Analyst III is supporting the overall growth and performance of Fisher BioServices Government funded business as well as improving pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- This position, reporting through Finance, will support company-wide Price to Win (PTW), pricing strategy development, and price proposal responses for RFP releases.
- Analyze steps to set accurate pricing for each client by meeting submission dates and maintaining pricing hierarchy integrity when adjusting discounts.
- Review Government and Prime Contractor RFPs for cost/price volume requirements and to help drive pricing strategies and build compliant proposal submission documents.
- Collaborate with Contracts, Sales, Client Services, and the Finance teams to align pricing proposals with solicitation requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Effectively manage support requests and improvements related to pricing operations.
- Ability to establish rapport with various support organizations (Business Development/Sales, Contracts, Client Services/Operations, Finance/Accounting, and Executive Leadership).
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues using logic skills and attention to detail.
- Must stay focused on the duties of the position while at the same time be flexible to meet our customer needs.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting budget development and pricing models.
- Understanding of Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time and Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) pricing.
- Strong attention to detail is needed due to project deadlines and schedules.
- Ability to analyze cost information to develop budgets and pricing models.
- Ability to develop strategies that consider customer budgets, previous award behaviors, available competitor information, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to effectively communicate. Experience with MS PowerPoint and Salesforce.com are a plus
- Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required. As well as the ability to develop well-defined analysis and presentations.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75,000.00-$112,500.00.
