Project Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding project administrative support, including planning, organizing, and coordinating responsibilities for Project Leads, Clinical Team Managers, and other functional leads.
- Maintain and strictly adhere to procedures, guidelines, and documentation, ensuring flawless project records.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in maintaining database repositories with outstanding attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and data collection for in-depth analysis.
- Support quality reviews to ensure our ambitious standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent with relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).
- In some cases, a combination of appropriate education, training, and directly related experience may be considered sufficient to meet the requirements of the role.
