Job Description
As a Project Support Coord you will be part of a team dedicated to project execution and outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Leads, Clinical Team Managers, and other functional leads, ensuring successful project coordination and implementation.
- Maintain and update project procedures, guidelines, and documentation, ensuring all records are accurately kept and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry tasks and support the maintenance of database repositories, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports and data collection for comprehensive analysis, contributing to the determination of project success.
- Support quality reviews, strictly adhering to established standards and protocols.

Qualifications
- High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a comparable role, offering the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the job effectively (0 to 1 year of experience).
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and directly related experience will be considered.
