Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with crucial program collaborators and ensure the seamless implementation of programs across different workstreams and business groups.
  • Track and review the status of the program against the implementation plan to ensure world-class execution.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting cadence and ad-hoc reports, including executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Thoroughly examine the follow-up process for any ongoing risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and take charge of addressing concerns if there are critical issues, striving to find ways to minimize their impact.
  • Conduct regular assessments of project plans and be responsible for the organization of program working sessions, including reviews of achievements, to ensure project readiness and quality.
  • Gather project information and ensure clear communication of the outcome of meetings (risks, issues, actions, and decisions).
  • Support the completion of project plans and PMO achievement deliverables.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification desirable.
  • Five years' project management experience required, or three years with an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Finance operations (OTC, PTP, FA, Inventory) or Customer Service is preferred.
  • GBS experience is a plus.
  • Systems implementation experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including effective planning, defining objectives, and developing arguments and benchmarks.
  • Experience in successfully leading project deliverables and working on ambiguous, large-scale projects.
  • Ability to work independently, within a team, and collaboratively across teams.
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects and strict deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of following through on commitments and delivering outstanding results.
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Great teammate, capable of collaborating effectively with others.
  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive information in line with confidentiality expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
