A day in the Life:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and scope.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to compete in a dynamic environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
Keys to Success:
Education
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably within a CDMO
- Experience with customer interaction and financial acumen
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and interpersonal abilities.

The payment takes place according to the collective agreement of the Austrian Chemical Industry. The annual base gross salary for this position is at least € 77.543,90 and will be overpaid according to qualifications and professional experience.
