This role will be apart of the Operations Readiness team within the Program management organization. The project manager will develop, lead, and implement comprehensive plans to ensure major expansion efforts within the Greenville, NC site are completed and operationalize seamlessly. Workstreams include Engineering, CQV, Documentation, quality systems, hiring/training plans, IT functionality, supply chain establishment and aligning customer facing activities related to business management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and deploy the Global Operation readiness playbook to improve project execution and readiness, delivering on customer commitments

• Align projects with standard governance, reporting, and communications to drive consistency for leadership and customers

• Translate strategic plan into a tactical operations implementation strategy and project plan with metrics

• Work cross-functionally do develop and implement workforce plans

• Lead changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

• Be a great partner to the client and relevant collaborators; report and call out to management as needed

• Apply risk management tools to minimize potential risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs How will you do it?

Education/Experience

• B.S. in Science/Engineering or related field relevant to role required.

• 2 years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical operations industry and GMP environment Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to innovate and navigate ambiguity

• Self-starter who will take initiative and be proactive when there are multiple priorities

• Strategy solution-seeker who sees opportunities when others see barriers

• Demonstrated project management experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills to handle contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to optimally use a range of influencing and leadership styles, situationally dependent.

• Ability to assess situations and make clear timely decisions, achieving results that support all parties.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office As
