Position Summary:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various partners, including global cross-functional teams within Thermofisher, executive teams, operational teams and technical teams from both sides. The ideal candidate will need to be motivated .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the guide of your assigned program: supply chain end to end planning
  • Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
  • Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
  • Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
  • Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
  • Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
  • Be a problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
  • Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Digital Supply Chain, Program Management or Product Management with large global organizations
  • At least 3 years of supply chain planning operational experience, e.g. demand planning, supply network planning, supply planning, capacity planning, etc.
  • Experience learning unfamiliar systems and tools and quickly developing expertise
  • Good ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the partners and executives as the need arises
  • Good skills and experience with PPT and Excel, including standard formulas and data visualization
  • Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development
  • Deal with ambiguity, and handle changing and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and getting results
  • Be dedicated, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
  • Master's degree

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time, including international travel
