Job Description

Study Co-ordination:

  • Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are in accordance with study requirements.
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements.
  • Ensure that all study shipments requested are released according to contractual and country requirements.
  • Timely provision of reports and other information / timelines to clients as required
  • To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard.
  • Coordination on planning and scheduling of labelling and/or packaging jobs as required by clients.
  • Liaise with respective internal and external parties responsible for the production of labelling and packaging materials.
  • Assist in design and/or execute labelling and packaging instructions.
  • Ensure that Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) are labelled and packed in accordance with the requirements of each study protocol.
  • Assist management in any other matters as required.
  • Participate in client meetings, teleconferences where appropriate.
  • Participate in cross functional business process improvement activities as required.
  • Enter project budgets and forecasts, update trackers and reports.
  • Assist on performing invoicing activities for allocated projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in scientific or health care discipline /business studies
  • Experience in Project Management or Customer Service- or Logistics, Warehousing
  • Possess leadership skill
  • Computer literate Numerate and literate
  • Good written and verbal skills
