Job Description
Study Co-ordination:
- Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are in accordance with study requirements.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements.
- Ensure that all study shipments requested are released according to contractual and country requirements.
- Timely provision of reports and other information / timelines to clients as required
- To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard.
- Coordination on planning and scheduling of labelling and/or packaging jobs as required by clients.
- Liaise with respective internal and external parties responsible for the production of labelling and packaging materials.
- Assist in design and/or execute labelling and packaging instructions.
- Ensure that Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) are labelled and packed in accordance with the requirements of each study protocol.
- Assist management in any other matters as required.
- Participate in client meetings, teleconferences where appropriate.
- Participate in cross functional business process improvement activities as required.
- Enter project budgets and forecasts, update trackers and reports.
- Assist on performing invoicing activities for allocated projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in scientific or health care discipline /business studies
- Experience in Project Management or Customer Service- or Logistics, Warehousing
- Possess leadership skill
- Computer literate Numerate and literate
- Good written and verbal skills
