A day in the Life:
- Scheduling and coordinating production orders for internal chromatography closure / crimp tool production and monitoring production progress in the ERP system
- Scheduling and coordinating production orders with our external service providers and monitoring production progress in the ERP system
- Controlling and monitoring raw material requirements in collaboration with the purchasing department
- Creating work plans, parts lists and maintaining the necessary master data
- Daily review of KPI targets and communication on these in the tier meetings
- Assisting with the implementation of manual production planning in the ERP system
- Proactive communication with upstream and downstream departments
- Maintaining the daily standard work.
- REFA Engineer or Industrial Engineer
- Experience in manufacturing or a complex work environment
- Strong analytical skills combined with practical business acumen
- Knowledge of inventory management and production planning
- Strong ability to handle multiple demands with the required sense of urgency, drive and energy
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Ability to work independently and take on own tasks with support/guidance from supervisor
- Knowledge and experience in the field of industrial production
- Ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional team environment
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
