This is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Product Marketing (qPCR) specialist in Seoul. You will be pivotal in driving strategic marketing direction and growing business opportunities for our qPCR business. This role is essential in positioning the division as a market leader, improving customer engagement, and contributing to revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and R&D, to implement flawless marketing strategies and develop ambitious business partnerships.

- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote qPCR products and services, improve brand visibility, and generate leads.
- Market Analysis and Positioning: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to determine opportunities and optimize the division's market positioning.
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and teamworks to expand market reach and enter new business sectors.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
- Product Portfolio Management: Work closely with product management and the APJ marketing team to refine product offerings based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Digital Marketing and Lead Generation: Develop and manage digital marketing including social media and email marketing, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- More than 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the life sciences, biotech, or diagnostics industries.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and leading marketing initiatives, ideally within the qPCR or molecular diagnostics space.
- Experience with B2B marketing in a technical or scientific field.
- Solid understanding of the qPCR market, technologies, and trends.
- Proven ability to create and implement successful marketing campaigns strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Digital marketing proficiency, including experience with SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information in a clear and compelling manner.
