Position overview

A first part of this role is to support France Benelux Protein Island strategy within a clinical lab environment. In this role you collaborate with a lab team to optimize protein workflow, identify options to optimize lab procedures and recommend on how to report a patients protein profile to clinicians. This advising role to labs will support sales teams to continue consolidation strategy and strengthen our position in the clinical lab.

The second responsibility is focused on driving the new EXENT® system portfolio from a product management perspective on local level. The EXENT mass spectrometry solution is an innovative technology in the field of monoclonal gammopathy assessment. This role supports the recent launch of this breakthrough technology on market and support the commercialization.

Keys responsibilities:

Market analysis & Strategy development

Product positioning & messaging Go-To-Market execution.

Customer engagement & relationship Management

Performance monitoring & reporting

A day in the Life:

Translate deep understanding of lab workflows and customer needs into sharp customer insights to craft product positioning and support value proposition activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Providing advice and recommendations for optimizing the workflow and improving the efficiency in the use of laboratory materials and equipment.

Developing customized solutions and improvement proposals that align with the specific needs and requirements of the laboratory.

Assisting in the implementation of proposed improvements with the Field Application & Technical team

Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvements and capturing feedback from users to enable further optimizations.

Facilitate the product life cycle process for the EXENT product portfolio.

Build collaborative cross-functional relationships with Sales, Scientific team, Field Application and technical team, Regulatory and Quality colleagues, acting as a pivot role to ensure alignment and success.

Sustain product documentation and supervise product quality in line with the Quality management system.

Location:

You will be home office based with regular customer visits in your region and regular meetings with the team. Occasional travel to other countries may be required.

Your qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Shown success in bringing innovative technology to the clinical market.
  • Experience of product management, business development and/or marketing of clinical diagnostics or life sciences industry is desirable.
  • Good insight in today's workflow of Clinical and routine laboratories is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you tend to be a solution seller & results focused.
  • Ability to understand complex technology and articulate strong customer value/benefit propositions.
  • Proficient with MS Office, SFDC, PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle various situations and needs within diverse laboratory environments.
