Job Description

We need an experienced Product Manager to lead ePCR Reagents product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, especially in PCR technologies, and experience in product management. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, supporting customers, overseeing daily operations for growth and profitability, and providing market leadership in innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure responsible and accountable life cycle management for ePCR reagents products
• Develop and implement strategic plans, including analyzing the market, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
• Facilitate Voice of customer to identify trends and customer needs, potential opportunities for new products or improvements to existing products
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and introduction of new products to the market
• Track product performance, implement strategies to enhance quality.
• Support sales efforts by quickly resolving customer problems, building relationships with key customers and industry partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; preference given to those with an advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.).
• Prior experience of product management in the life sciences or biotechnology industry
• Understanding of PCR technologies, applications, and market trends
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
