Job Description

Explore an outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Product Data Analyst II. Embrace an ambitious role where you will play a pivotal part in crafting our world-class Product Data Management team, driving technological innovation and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the processes for product creation, maintenance, and discontinuation through change control workflows. Apply system and process expertise to investigate and recommend solutions for issues encountered in the workflows.
  • Uses critical metrics to look for trends and opportunities and makes recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • Serve as a domain expert to resolve challenges with functions within and outside the Product Data Management Group to ensure change order progression.
  • Resolve intricate product data issues by applying expertise in product master data standards, processes, and system capabilities.
  • Responsible for working with customers early in the process of new product introduction, changes and discontinuations to provide guidance on activities upstream of the change requests submission.
  • Partners with global PDM team members to create and update process documentation.
  • Partners with global PDM team to automate manual, repetitive processes using technology and PPI (Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma) methodologies.

Requirements for qualification / Education / Experience:

  • Applied technical knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and ERP systems.
  • Possess the ability (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization and influence internal leadership regarding PLM processes.
  • Experience operating within a cGMP, or change control environment preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Data Sciences or Information Technologies, Biosciences, Business/Administration, Project Management or related fields
  • Data management certification/ training desired
  • PPI Certification preferred

Compensation
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23 800,00-€35 650,00.
