Job Description:

  • Process change orders for SKU creation, modifications, and discontinuations, serving as the administrator of the change control system.
  • Develop and maintain department procedures and work instructions to ensure flawless operations.
  • Interact with various global functional teams to meet department, project, and business objectives.
  • Identify appropriate approvers in strict accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide end-users with status updates on in-process SKUs as requested.
  • Support mass data updates in Oracle Cloud PLM and SAP/E1 with necessary testing.
  • Assist in product transfers, site consolidations, and system improvements.
  • Run reports and queries, ensuring data integrity.

Keys to Success:

Education, Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Product Life Cycle Management and Change Control, with 1-3 years of experience that can be demonstrated.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of ERP/PLM Systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.).
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills, both oral and written.
  • High level of thoroughness, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Ability to work multi-functionally within a team to successfully implement business objectives.
  • Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement.
