Job Summary
This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
Under the supervision of the Sr Global Procurement Manager, the Procurement / Sourcing Associate, Clinical Ancillaries is responsible for :
Procurement : the execution of the company's procurement activities to global and regional suppliers ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
Strategic Supplier Management : the identification of global and regional suppliers to ensure ancillaries can be optimally procured and distributed in multiple countries

Procurement Process Management:
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
Strategic Supplier Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and regional suppliers based on the specificities of the regions
- Keep an eye on supplier performance using essential metrics
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Cost Management and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and cost analyses.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the company's quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to supplier performance or product quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Great teammate! Work closely with other departments, such as Business Development, Project Management, Finance and Logistics, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall company goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve procurement processes and practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Some experience in procurement/buying is desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Metrics and data oriented: demonstrate ability to analyze and leverage on data to drive procurement strategies and decisions.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with high degree of autonomy and decision-making.
• Experience in life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communications skills, English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft office
