Job Responsibilities
- Successfully implement and maintain complex clinical trial data systems.
- Lead the development of innovative programming solutions to streamline clinical trial processes.
- Determine and strictly adhere to quality standards in data management and analysis.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and inclusion within cross-functional teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers, ensuring the delivery of world-class solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with outstanding efficiency.
- Work closely with collaborators to comprehend and attend to their data requirements, ensuring seamless implementation.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Principal Trial Programmer or similar role in the pharma/ CRO industry.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Extensive experience with clinical trial data systems and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Argus and other safety databases
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to lead ambitious projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
