• Applying label printing equipment and technology to ensure flawless execution of label printing processes.
• Providing support and problem-solving expertise for the label printing process.
• Coordinating packaging and labeling equipment, processes, validation and technology to maintain top-tier standards.
• Crafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Building new capabilities within the packaging and labeling domain to stay ahead of industry advancements.
• Train new department members on work instructions and software.
• Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria.
• Demonstrate and model the company's values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
• Offer process improvements to enhance products, processes, and the work environment.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

• A proven track record in packaging and labeling engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge and experience with label printing equipment and technology.
• Expertise in the label printing process and the ability to solve related problems effectively.
• Experience with packaging and labeling equipment, process optimization, and technology implementation.
• The ability to build and maintain SOPs and processes, ensuring they are strictly followed.
• A proactive approach with the drive to build up new capabilities and improve existing ones.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic oral and written English language skills.

• Bachelor's degree as the first degree, engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
