Job Description
Oracle Cloud Absence and Time & Labor functional System Analyst is responsible for working closely with the business partners / business to support and deliver system solutions. This will require a detailed understanding of end-to-end business processes of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications. The person will provide hands-on mentorship on business requirements development, support, system design and delivery. The ideal candidate should have prior Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience, with expertise in implementing Absence modules.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor modules production systems.
- Guide internal team members on design solutions and standard methodologies for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence modules.
- Gather business requirements, document those, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Conduct system configurations, build functional design documents, and develop and document test scripts.
- Lead requirement workshops, prototypes, and UAT sessions with the business.
- Write functional requirement documents for reports and interfaces.
- Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional processes and flows.
- Support business with the execution of test scripts and resolve issues raised during various implementation phases.
- Deliver and conduct end-user training.
- Provide status and issue reports to the manager on a periodic basis.

Required skills
- At least 6+ years of implementation/support experience in Oracle HCM Applications.
- At least 2 Absence implementations as a functional consultant, with extensive hands-on experience in APAC and US region configurations and implementations.
- Deep understanding of detailed Absence configuration flow and structure.
- Ability to configure all types of Absence plans, including Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement, and Compensatory.
- Knowledge of work shifts, work schedules, and scheduler profiles.
- Hands-on experience in writing fast formulas, including time entry and calculation and Absence Fast formulas.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Time & Labor Configuration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and perform various tasks on assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Experienced in addressing and resolving problems with mature judgment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
