Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Build for the Future: Develop and roll out a comprehensive training and development program that addresses both current needs and long-term growth opportunities for manufacturing employees, including onboarding training.
- Organize and Coordinate Trainings: Plan and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and effective participation.
- Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement tailored training programs.

- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with manufacturing leaders to align training with operational goals.
- Coordinate Trainers: Manage and support trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training content.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
- A proven track record in training and development.
- Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with people at all levels.
- Organizational and project management skills-you love to plan and execute!
- Experience in leading or coordinating teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of training programs.
- Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Bonus points for experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
