Key Responsibilities

As an Operator II, Manufacturing, Expediting - 2nd Shift, you will:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Follow detailed production schedules and work orders to meet ambitious production targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and successfully implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, ensuring all documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Aid in the development of new operators and encourage the adoption of standard processes to nurture a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to maintain world-class manufacturing standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in operating machinery.
  • Production experience in a CGMP or Lean manufacturing environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to work the 2nd shift and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
