Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to prevent breakdowns
  • Set up and tear down work centers in a timely and organized manner
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform simple maintenance
  • Train operators on set-up processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace
  • Perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products
  • Adhere strictly to GMP, ISO 13485 guidelines, and company SOPs
  • Follow proper GDP practices
  • Efficiently operate machinery and perform line opening/line closing functions
  • Complete production paperwork responsibilities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures, meet project timelines, and work independently
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Excellent teamwork and influencing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action
  • Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills
