Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
Supervise and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
Conduct in-process testing and inspections to verify product quality.
Document and record production data and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise!
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar industry is important.
Strong mechanical proficiency and the ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality control standards
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to align to instructions accurately.
Effective interpersonal proficiency and the ability to work well in within a team.
