Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Supervise and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct in-process testing and inspections to verify product quality.
  • Document and record production data and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise!
  • What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar industry is important.
  • Strong mechanical proficiency and the ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality control standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to align to instructions accurately.
  • Effective interpersonal proficiency and the ability to work well in within a team.
