Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

As an Operator II, Manufacturing - 2nd Shift, you'll have a significant impact on our mission. Your contributions will drive flawless operations and enable us to compete at the highest levels of the industry.

Working Shift: Second Shift Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

A day in the Life:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure outstanding quality standards are met.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement production goals.

Keys to Success:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Determined and reliable with a focus on achieving excellence.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing role.
  • Experience with expediting processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and ISO standards is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficient in the use of manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Work environment requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
