Second Shift (Afternoons)

Environmental Conditions
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Pay Rate: $16.50

2nd Shift - Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Strictly adhere to manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure flawless execution
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools according to established guidelines
  • Compete in a fast-paced team environment to meet production targets
  • Determine root causes of manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to determine root causes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
