Job Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the current Dead on Arrival (DOA) systems at distributors for Phenom products
- Identify key challenges and issues associated with the existing DOA systems
- Analyze the impact of these challenges on customer satisfaction and business operations
- Propose specific improvements to the DOA systems that address the identified challenges
- Justify the proposed improvements by explaining how they will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the potential risks and limitations of implementing the proposed improvements
- Develop an implementation plan outlining the necessary steps, resources, and timeline for implementing the proposed improvements
- Provide recommendations for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the enhanced DOA systems
- Implement chosen solution
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
