Discover impactful Work

The role will facilitate the implementation of the PPI business system at the Clinical Trials Division sites in Weil am Rhein and Rheinfelden to enable profitable growth, improve quality and customer experience, and increase employee engagement.

You will work in partnership with site teams to transform culture through implementation of the PPI business system model. The role includes supporting the site leadership team with KPI leadership, driving Lean principle such as Visual Management (6S), Tiered Accountability, Gemba, Leader Standard Work and more advanced Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 3P, FMEA, etc.

This includes developing individual and organizational skills in these areas through training and coaching of site leadership, individuals and teams through daily activities and structured events.

A Day in the Life

  • Facilitate and utilize individual Projects as Project Manager
  • Risks identification and developing mitigation plans
  • Develop and implement tools to ensure stable high-quality standard for employee relations and development
  • Facilitate individual workshops / trainings and align content with standardized HR toolset for local leadership team to develop interpersonal
  • to streamline processes to improve the customer experience, enable profitable growth and become more efficient
  • Diplomatically cultivate an action-based culture of continuous improvement to improve KPIs, in the areas of customer, finance, people and quality Provide support to develop problem solving capability within the organization at all levels
  • Help teams to identify new projects through value stream mapping, data analysis and daily management systems / Develop Process Manager capability and capacity to support local and international projects
  • Development of Bill of Processes utilizing Work Science Methods (MTM, REFA)

Keys to Success
Education:


  • Dipl-Ing, Batchlor, Master's degree (Engineering, Technology, Project Management or similar) or similar

Experience:

  • Profound experience in a GMP facility
  • Industrialization and realization experience within a GxP environment
  • Work Science or Technical Work Preparation experience is an advantage
  • Project management and planning
  • Strong MS Office skills: experience with data analysis, reporting and presentation
  • Understanding of Quality Aspects and SOP will be helpful
  • Warehouse / Distribution / Production (Packaging) experience is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Working science education (MTM or REFA)
  • Knowledge of Lean Methods, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen and 6S
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills verbal and in writing, additional languages will be welcome
  • Industrial Engineering skills
  • Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Methodical and systematic thinking
  • You have a strong sense of empathy and can adapt quickly to new groups
  • Reliability, flexibility and resilience
  • You enjoy working as part of a team but must also be able to set and adhere to priorities independently
