Lead our ambitious Environment and Process Monitoring (EPM) business in India and South Asia as the National Sales Manager - EPM at Thermo Fisher Scientific India Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal and offers a chance to drive world-class performance and ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales team to achieve booking and revenue targets for India and South Asia.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve outstanding growth.
- Collaborate effectively with the General Manager-EPM to determine and implement business strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to sales processes and maintain high standards of performance and accountability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, encouraging a collaborative and impactful environment.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to strategically position our products and services.
- Successfully implement sales initiatives and supervise their efficiency to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering; MBA is helpful.
- Minimum of 12 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in team management and conflict resolution.
- Extensive experience in PAN India sales operations within reputable organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Highly self-motivated, go-getter demeanor with a focus on achieving flawless execution and results.
