Position Summary:
This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the ever-evolving Shared Service Centers' (SSC) Enablement Team. Providing project management support for business operations migrating into the SSC's and producing high quality Monthly & Quarterly Business Review reports for the GBS workstream and business partners.
The Migration Manager will have the responsibility of meeting our project commitments, which involves comprehending the migration's scope and design. They will work closely with the sending and receiving collaborators to gather requirements, metrics, targets, SLA's, and tools used for reporting. Prepare proposals for key performance indicators, review and outline the agreed indicators, gather relevant baseline data, update project plans and present progress in regular update meetings.
They will help the Snr Manager in preparing important MBR and QBR reports for business and SSC leadership reviews. They will also provide ad-hoc support to the workstreams when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Performance Management deliverables for migration projects, including creation of actions and timelines within master project plans
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPO's) to capture GBS performance indicators for workstream and Business Performance Management reporting.
- Prepare and present weekly Performance Management progress updates to key project partners
- Liaise with enablement team contacts to implement reporting processes for hyper-care and future reporting, including MBR's and Key Performance Indicator Bowlers
- Work with Sr Manager and workstreams to ensure Internal MBR reports are prepared timely and accurately for review with the VP of Shared Services.
- Ensure timely and accurate MBR & QBR reports are prepared for Business and Shared Services review calls
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Accounting or Business Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Project/Program Management experience
- 7+ years of progressive work experience in finance, accounting with 3-5 years shared services environment or in a consulting capacity
- Strong presentation skills (English Working professional level), ability / experience to coordinate meetings and follow up on agreements
- Skilled communicator and proven relationship builder, able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing the competing interests of varied collaborators
- Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally, and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically diverse matrix organization
- Self-directed, dynamic and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a challenging and changing environment
- Highly collaborative; aligns effectively with colleagues and business partners to deliver results while improving the success of all contributors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Performance Management team/role would be a plus
